Galtür’s best excursion destinations

Silvretta High-Alpine Road is one of Tyrol’s most stunning Alpine pass roads. Featuring lots of fascinating serpentines and hairpin bends, the road runs from Partenen through the Paznaun valley to Galtür. The twisty route is a favourite with motorcyclists, mountain bikers and road cyclists alike, all of whom regularly flock to the Alpine dream road.

If you’re in the mood for doing laps or splashing about, you can do so in the indoor swimming pool at the Sports and Culture Centre of Galtür. With a sports pool, an adventure slide and a mother-child area, it’s a great place for families.
